Cubicle purgatory turned aerobic session !!

My new chair! I have been meaning to do this for years....

It is definatly working, i am so sore, there is no way i am going to last the whole day. Triathletes everywhere should be using this, for core strenght and balance building.

In other news - it froze lastnight in Houston, and frozen lizards were raining from the heavens(trees). Nasty.

You work in a cubicle ?!?! For some reason I had this idealistic dream that you were on the open water all day.

Great idea... but I think that is the smallest cube i've ever seen!!

On another note, Triathlete Magazine didnt mention your 2nd place finish in the Longhorn half. Do they only list the pro's?

Do they sell men's fitness equipment where you bought that thing?

Just playin' -- hope you're holdin' it down at the saucer in my absence.

Will sitting on a ball in my window cube give me the stomach I have always wanted, but have never put any time into?

I've been considering it since someone suggested it at the HRTC meeting, but can't bring myself to carry a huge ball into work. It may have to be a weekend operation.
